If you are accepted as an artist, you will receive an artist agreement. The artist agreement (once returned to FCAC) is a statement of your commitment to participate in the event, and agreement to follow the guidelines provided.

- This form is an application to participate in the event. Artists will be notified if accepted.
- Artists who participated previously and failed to follow the guidelines in the artist agreement are not eligible to participate.
- Artists must be FCAC members to particpate.
- If accepted, artists are required to sign an artist agreement.
- Artist commission rates, contribution pumpkins, required volunteer hours, non-competition policies, and maximum pumpkins per artist are to be determined, and will be detailed in the artist agreement.
Pumpkin Count
Please Check the box to acknowledge that you have read and understand the following information:*
- Artists will be asked to submit an actual count of pumpkins within 60 days of the event.
- Your projected count given on this form, and actual count should not differ drastically. This will be defined in the artist agreement.
- Giving an accurate pumpkin count is extremely important. Failing to report accurate numbers may result in ineligibility for future participation.
- Artists will be required to submit a pumpkin inventory before the event. The date will be given in the artist agreement.
- If unforeseen circumstances cause a major change in your pumpkin production, you are responsible for notifying FCAC staff immediately by email at least 30 days before the event.
