We have a wide variety of clay bodies for throwing, hand-building and sculpting, as well as raw materials for mixing glazes, and clay tools from Mudtools and Kemper.
We also carry a selection of Amaco cone 6 glazes from the Potter’s Choice and Celadon lines, as well as Velvet Underglazes.

Laguna
B-Mix 5 (^6)
A versatile cone 6 stoneware with a smooth, porcelain-like finish. Great for throwing and handbuilding, and fired to a light buff in cone 6 oxidation. $42/box
B-Mix 5 with grog (^6)
Same as B-Mix 5, but with a fine grog added to increase durability. $42/box
WC 606 Miller #50 (^6)
Light sand colored cone 6 stoneware with fine dark brown specks that enhance glazes. (Similar to Standard 112 Speckled Brown) Great for throwing. $43/box
WC 608 Miller #60 (^6)
This clay is compounded to be a stoneware clay with specks that bleed through the glaze, giving the appearance of iron burning through, typical of reduction glazes and clays. A very popular throwing clay for production potters. (Similar to Standard 112 Speckled Brown) Great for throwing. $43/box
B-Mix 10 (^10)
Cream- white throwing clay. Fires Gray/white in reduction and light cream in oxidation. $42/box
B-Mix 10 with grog (^10)
Similar to B-mix cone 10 but with grog. Smooth with a sandy feeling for extra support. $42/box
B-Mix Wood Fire (^13)
A specially formulated version of Laguna’s popular B-mix body for wood and salt firing. Takes Salt and Soda well and exhibits very nice flashing characteristics in wood firings. Holds up well in Cone 12 atmospheric firings. $48/box
B-Mix with Speckles WC408 (^5 only) (Special Order)
Mid temperature, smooth, porcelaneous stoneware. Ivory color clay with small black speckles. Do not fire past Cone 5 to avoid blisters on clay. $44/box
WC-403 Speckled Buff (^5)
Low in sand and grog content, speckled buff is smooth textured. An excellent throwing body. The color palette is perhaps best described as ‘desert’ or ‘Southwest’. $42/box
WC-437 Frost 6 Porcelain (^5/6)
An exceptionally white and translucent throwing porcelain for Cone 5-6 $74/box
EM100 White low fire clay (^06)
Ideal for schools and beginners. Talc-free white firing clay, smooth, plastic, suitable for throwing and sculpture. $38/box
Soldate-60 (^10)
This clay is the same formula as Soldate-30, but contains finer 60 mesh sand. The texture is medium coarse. Gray in the raw form with a high sand content which makes it an ideal choice for large thrown pieces and sculptural forms. $37/box

105 White (^04 )
Plastic low fire smooth body. We highly recommend testing for glaze and underglaze fit. $40/box
112 Speckled Brown (^4-6)
This plastic clay is a favorite among potters and handbuilders. Granular manganese specks accentuate glazes in oxidation and reduction firings. $45/box
153 Stoneware Clay (^10)
A soft warm beige in oxidation, rich gray brown in reduction. Responds well to all techniques. Excellent for production potters and classroom use. $46/box
211 Hazelnut Brown Clay (^6)
A nice plastic clay for throwing and hand-building. At C/6 oxidation it’s a warm brown color usually associated with reduction firing. Reacts well with glazes. $50/box
365 Grolleg Porcelain (^6)
Porcelain body with a parian like quality. It’s white, tight and translucent when thin. Contains no ball clay. $84/box
420 Sculpture (^6)
Our most heavily grogged body, formulated for sculpture. $52/box
108 Red with grog (^10)
A high-fire red clay with medium grog and sand for surface texture and minimal cracking and warping. Designed for sculpture, slab, and coil work. $53/box

239 Raku Clay (^04-10)
This open claybody adds sand to the special formulation allowing this clay to withstand the thermal shock that is necessary in the raku process. $43/box
130 Porcelain Clay (^10)
A white firing, high temperature plastic body. Very fine white porcelain grog enhances strength and throwability. $58/box
630 White Stoneware (^6)
Contains fire clay and mullite which enhances thermal properties. $44/box
240 Grog White (^6)
A very smooth, plastic throwing body. This clay is made to be more firm than soft with fine grog. $50/box
266 Dark Brown Clay (^4-5)
Gives a reduction-like dark brown color in an electric kiln. Smooth and plastic. Good for all techniques. Contains manganese. We recommend a cone 5 firing for this clay. $66/box

Gives a reduction-like dark brown color in an electric kiln. Smooth and plastic. Contains manganese and a small amount of fine grog is added. It’s good for all techniques. We recommend firing to cone 5. $66/box
214 Red Clay (^6) SOLD OUT
A smooth red stoneware clay that is excellent for both wheel thrown and hand built projects. Interacts well with commercial glazes. $63/box
