Collage & Collage Paper Making
You will explore the endless techniques of creating one-of-a-kind collage papers by staining, gelli plate printing, painting, marking papers. You will be introduced to the various papers used for these techniques and how they intract when applied to surfaces. These papers can be used for mixed media, greeting cards, art journals, etc.

Class time: Wednesdays, 9am – 1pm

Suggested Student Supply List:
- Acrylic Paints (medium body in tubes encouraged)
- Various papers (copy, rice, gift tissue, medical exam, etc.)
- 1-2 gelli plates
- Stencils
- Brushes (including [1] 1/2″ – 1″ flat with short bristles)
- Canvas or cradle board
- Medium matte paste
- 4″ brayer
- Scissors
Classroom Location:
When you arrive for class please use the De Soto Street entrance to enter the FCAC parking lot. You may park anywhere in the lot that is available, but please do not block cars from exiting. There are several parking spaces along Guillemard St. if you need closer parking than available in the parking lot.
The Multimedia Classroom is located in what used to be the FCAC admin offices (building with the butterfly mural – #6 on the map below)
